Helen is a Sydney Adventist Hospital trained RN with extensive experience in both hospital and general practice nursing. Since 2007, she has been caring for General Practice patients with a focus on Chronic Disease management and Diabetes.  She expertly assists all her patients by making them feel comfortable and achieve their healthcare goals.

Her passion is for lifestyle medicine, physical wellbeing and health coaching. She has some education in Lifestyle medicine and currently working towards further qualifications as a Health Coach.

Helen uses her training in community- based Health programs and Health Ministry in her church. She also loves music, cooking and entertaining friends, and enjoys a good oat Chai latte as well .

Helen enjoys being a practice nurse and provides Sanctuary with the following services;

Chronic care and GP management plans, Baby Blue Book Checks, Childhood Immunisations and IV Infusions , Health Assesments,  & CVC Programmes.
